• register you as a seasonal worker with MSA (agricultural French social-security agency).
• redact your employment contract.
• contact you regarding the post needs (organize the transport, transmit the instructions...).
• send your pay slip.

People with access to your information are :

• MSA (agricultural French social-security agency).

• your co-workers (only your phone number and email will be transmitted to them).

SARL SRP Viti-Services commits itself to respect the "délibération n°2006-138 du 9 mai 2006" from the CNIL (French authority controling the use of personal data) (available here) and the "délibération n°2004-097 du 9 décembre 2004" (available here).

SARL SRP Viti-Services commits itself to implement all available technical means to secure your data in accordance with RGPD.

We will keep your information during 5 years with the only purpose of offering you a post during the following grape harvests.
